If you bought a product through the XYfindit.com website or one of our direct authorized affiliates, and you’re just not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to give you a refund!

We love our product and stand by it, but we’ve made it easy to return it, as long as certain guidelines are met. Here they are:

  • You’re returning the product within 60 calendar days of purchase. 

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it. It can be opened and tested, but not damaged, worn or outdated.

  • You must have your receipt and proof of purchase.

If all of these guidelines are met, send the item, with the buyer’s name and order number on the outer packaging, to the following address:




PLEASE INCLUDE THE BUYER’S NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTER PACKAGING. If no buyer information is included with your package, we can’t proceed with your refund.

You’re responsible for any shipping costs, Value-Added Tax, customs fees, or other financial obligations that come with sending the item back. And don’t forget to hang on to your receipt and package tracking number for reference.



So, what happens when we receive returns? We process refunds:

  • In the order that they are received.
  • During regular business hours, which are 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Once your return is approved, we’ll submit a refund to your credit card or other original method of payment.

Most refunds are available within 10 business days of the date that the refund was submitted, but sometimes they may take longer before they’re available, depending on the policies of your bank or credit card company.

We strive to process returns quickly and easily, but please give us enough time to process your refund after we receive your package.



We offer a two (2)-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. We stand behind the quality of our product, but if it doesn’t work properly when you receive it, we may offer complimentary repairs or replacements.

If you’ve contacted our support team, but even after undertaking all recommended troubleshooting steps your product still isn’t working as intended, we’ll happily exchange your XY Findables product with another one.

Please remember that exchanges  are undertaken at the sole discretion of XY Findables. We are not responsible for damaged, worn, outdated, lost, or stolen products.
