Bug - Android "Failed to Unlock Finder"

Some users on Android have reported receiving a "Failed to Unlock Finder" error or a darkened screen with a never ending spinner when attempting to add an XY Finder to their account.

If you receive this error the best thing to do is to try adding the XY Finder again. A second attempt within a short time of the first usually works.

We  are working hard to get this bug resolved and hope to have a fix in place soon.
