I can't log in. What can I do?

Both the email address and password entries are case sensitive, and this might be the reason for your login issues. If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot your password?" and we'll email you with the next steps to set up a new one. 

If you're unsure of the email address you used to create your account and register your XY Find it, we can locate the account to provide you with that information if you could send us the ID of your XY Find It.

To get the ID of your item, simply place your XY Find It by your device and go to the main menu by pressing the  icon located at the top-left corner of the My Items screen, then press "nearby". Please take a screenshot of this page and send it to us via email at support@xyfindit.com or contact@xyfindit.com and one of our support representatives will follow up to provide you with the necessary information so you can log into your XY user account.
