If you're receiving an error when you try to beep your nearby XY Finder, there may have been a temporary issue with the connection. Please log out of the XY Find It app, by tapping the menu icon in the top-left corner of the main screen. Select "Account" and proceed to log out. Next, restart Bluetooth in your phone's Settings, and finally log back in to XY Find It to try beeping your XY Finder again.
If you continue to experience the same issue, please submit a Feedback Form from your XY Find It app, found by tapping on the Menu icon located at the top-left corner of the Main screen. Once the menu has expanded, tap "Help", and then "Feedback".
